That is Alec Tryon, CEO and owner of TFC. He's recently bereaved and keeps his wife's ashes in a ceramic hen. He has an adult son and kid daughter, who helps him run his wife's chicken rescue (that's a whole other cast). He's rather humble for his position, and despite being on the top, he does not enjoy managing others nor the public attention/ridicule. That's as far as revealed so far. Hoping to explore more in depth with the story.

Edit: Oh, and he was a corporal in the army, not a colonel. There's a legal distinction
