Just curious, they stated that "it's better to contribute the first 3 chapters" in the requirements, but how many panels should you make in each chapter?

I started publishing mine (The Inbetween) on Webtoon first and submitted to them a while back! They said they really liked it and I think it's publishing tomorrow/later this week. They respond really fast and my editor is really nice, anyone on the fence about submitting should just bite the bullet and go for it!

It was under 25 for me, but I'm not romance either.

He means they respond fast when you get with them. Right now they have a backlog of comics they are wading through. I get a response within 12-14 hours normally. A bit longer if I e-mail at the wrong time (they are in hong kong, I'm in the US)

How long it is been? Maybe try to clean your work. I submit them the remastered version instead the old ones.

is it possible to ask how strict the editors are? i ask cause this has been on the fence, leaning closer to deal breaker.

(well if its like the ones in the manga industry when they make you change your story)

Well they haven't made us edit anything. But we aren't exclusive either. The other sites can make you change your story if you go exclusive with them too.

I'm a she :). But yes, you're right! They took a while to respond initially, but once I signed with them, my editor responded very fast everyday . She posted right on the day she said she would too !

So with the editing side, even with the exclusive comic they haven't asked me to change any of my stories.
However what they did make me do is censor a lot of images, i Have mild gore in my comic. and they said it needs to be censored so their app can stay on the apple store.
