is it possible to ask how strict the editors are? i ask cause this has been on the fence, leaning closer to deal breaker.

Well they haven't made us edit anything. But we aren't exclusive either. The other sites can make you change your story if you go exclusive with them too.
i dont plan on going exclusive =w=;; i want to have full control of my stuff
Well the most they did with me was go "Hey, can you change the file name so we can make this easier for the editors?"

I'm a she :). But yes, you're right! They took a while to respond initially, but once I signed with them, my editor responded very fast everyday . She posted right on the day she said she would too !
They did not make me edit anything besides image size go for it!

So with the editing side, even with the exclusive comic they haven't asked me to change any of my stories.However what they did make me do is censor a lot of images, i Have mild gore in my comic. and they said it needs to be censored so their app can stay on the apple store. http://www.webcomicsapp.com/reader.html?mangaId=5ca5cb2dd5626e3d1448c41a

That's interesting, since Tapas app is in the apple store and I haven't heard anything about Tapas censoring comics.
oh, I´ve heard from some that they read comics on Mangatoon... How do they work with submissions etc?(I´ll probably not publish June there, but always interesting to know how the big websites work..)
Similar to Webcomicsapp. The editor will email you. But I haven't ask yet about the income.

Yeah those are the ones. But I'm not ready to do comments for 4 sites and updates and all that. It gets confusing.
Im an exclusive creator on there and so far the editors are not very strict with me at all. In fact they have been really nice and considerate to me even when I submitted files and chpaters late ^^;; My content does deal with a lot of more touchy subjects since it has a focus on mental illness and mental health and there are mature scenes as well but they haven't asked me to censor anything. But then again, I'm pretty "self censoring" and usually follow webtoon's guidelines but do something tamer than what Tapas would allow. It might open an avenue for extra revenue for fanservice to see the "uncensored" for those willing to pay for it. I know my readers really want to see "all the action" but I don't feel ready yet to release the full H side of my artwork XD
my only real issue is waiting to hear back...
