I do want to mention, having been there almost a month now that response has been very good and any minor issues have been resolved with good old fashioned communication and teamwork. Truly do love our contact there. Lovely person.

We got Renee... who's been very understanding about our technical issues getting older strips formatted cleanly and in a timely manner.
Renee is mine too! Our comics were pretty much formatted right, it's just been uploading issues. Files got out of order or whatever.

I;m kinda worry this week since Renee doesn't respond now at all unlike before by tomorrow I receive message regarding questions and updates.
