You know what? I've seen you hounding random people for these massive collabs to little to no success for months now. So you know what I'd suggest?
Do it yourself.
There's next to nothing stopping you from just picking up an art book (Preferably saving the "How to draw anime and comics" type books for later after you've learned the basics) getting a pen and a pad, and just teaching yourself how to draw.
It's easier said than done, believe me on that. You're gonna hate your work starting out and wonder if you're ever gonna be good enough for your big projects. Trust me, I've been there as well. But it will so be worth it in the end once you've worked hard yourself to achieve your own goals and make something you're proud of.
I also agree with @darthmongoose in that you should start with smaller projects before leaping headlong into your "Magnum Opus" project. That's what I did to teach myself the ropes about comic making and to practice your skills for your next big project. It might seem like you're going nowhere fast at first, but baby steps are better than just sitting around and twiddling your thumbs waiting for something big to happen and you to get your free lunch.
Brookes Eggleston has done a lot of excellent videos on this exact subject that I'd highly recommend you check out some time.
It is always frightening to take that first step, we've all been there. But it's worth it once you actually get going and start learning as you grow. But always keep in mind that it's a process. An often slow one at that as well.
