@Leyelle oh those ones are pretty too! Definitely spring time vibes I also love peonies! I think I draw so messy that I don’t have an issue with drawing them because I’m okay with them looking sketchy. I think most of the time I draw flowers that look like mums or plum blossoms.

Did you study art or animation in college or what project was scamp a part of?

I'm jealous. How can you be so prolific and pristine at the same time. The only ocs of mine I've drawn in a ton of fits are Texas and Chili and I've never even drawn chili in swimwear (I drew Texas but it was ages ago and not very polished.) I've really gotta get back to that. Also I want Belle's apron xd, it's very cute.

Im actually going to college for animation atm the moment. The class final I involved Scamp in was for a photoshop class I took at my local community college, where we had to take all that we learned during the course and put it into one big illustration/collage. Its based on ideas surrounding Scamp and his family's arrival to New York City, where he climbs the empire state building and looks towards the rising sun

where did his family immigrate from? somewhere else in the USA or another country (my grandparents on my father's side were both immigrants from the Dominican Republic so I love seeing immigrant characters.)

Yes but technically no. Scamp was born in Italy but his family left shortly after his birth. For most of his life, his family would move around lot because his dad, Ken, couldn't find a stable job, or at least one that would allow them to stay in a place for an extended period of time. So when another opportunity revealed itself, it was onto the the next town or next state. Most of their time was spent in southern and midwestern regions of the US so this would've been Scamp's first time in New York City

all the OCs in this comic only have one outfit 99% of the time

this outfit was designed to replicate or condense the way I dressed in my early to mid teens. very...very long granny skirts and pretty colorless not particularly pretty outfits. though I did sometimes where earrings, they weren't like these ones, but whatever.
