Fashion Runway: Main Characters!

It was worth it. All the hours you spent pondering and sketching, coming up with the perfect main character, crafting the epic highs and lows of their lives - and they're finally finished. Now it's time to show them off! Show the world your main character and describe (not in TOO many words) what makes them shine! And don't forget to give us a link to their adventures. Go for it!

I'll go first. While my comic Outer Spaces is a weird fantasy/sci-fi/slice of life mixture that's blending a character-based story with inspirational notes, thoughtful musings, and encouraging words to anyone who feels out of place, there is still a central character.

Wander is a creative soul looking for a way to leave the backwater asteroid he serves as a caretaker for the elderly on, and travel the galaxy in search of a place to call his own. Even if life is frustrating and exhausting, he means the best for everyone around him. He's tired of being the only person that stands out in a crowd, and hopes that the more he seeks out adventure and pursues the relationships with the unusual people around him, the more he'll become part of that world.

Here is the main character from my comic Magic Advisor

Here is Lizzy Vinter! She is a magic advisor and helps people with problems related to the supernatural.She is very bookish and ambitious. She does not always live up to the image she has about herself tho ^^; So much that she will even lie to her own diary to cover up her short comings. But she always tries really hard to help others, learn more and be better at her job.
She is gay but choose to focus on work over romance most of the time. We´ll see where the story will take her though...

I've got a protagonist and a deuteragonist, but between the two I'd say that this guy's more of the driving force behind the story of Galebound:

Din Duvent is a Magician in a world where Magicians are blessed with suck, and he's doing everything in his power to fix that, even if it means depriving the world of magic. He's determined and devious, turbulent and emotional, but his biggest strength is his ability to plunge straight into his own weaknesses, fears, and failings and draw from them a sword.

She's only barely shown up, but whatever. Here is the main character of My Friends in Distantland.

This is Cathryn Naire, an eight-year-old know-it-all who knows nothing. She's a bossy, goody-two-shoes, teacher's pet type who thinks she knows more than she actually does. The world she knows gets flipped upside down after meeting the kind, but cowardly vampire, Van Von Fang.

She questions everything she thinks she knows and finds herself having to stop an infection of madness with newly gained abilities. These powers may help the infected people, but it hurts her the more she uses it.

She's a wannabe superhero in Canada, who after a mysterious explosion gains the power of teleportation. She has a hard time finding hats that fit since she grow horns XD

Yeeeah, I love seeing other people's MCs, there's so much variety out there!

Mine is Jed Rehel from West, a Soul Hunter and native of the land of the dead. He's a gentle man brimming with life and good-humor, despite the perilous life he leads out West and his lonely existence as one of the last of his kind. During the course of the story we follow him as he discovers that the boundaries of the West are failing and is forced to try and turn the tide of war between the living and dead by approaching the human world and attempting to guide them to victory with the help of some unlikely friends, meeting kings and queens along the way, facing prejudice, confronting his past, and finding love in various forms.

Hmm... Well, my main character in POW! Right in the Nostalgia is Charlotte Pendleton...

She's a native Texan that relocated to Minnesota with her best friend Natasha due to a huge fallout with her parents (they're very rich powerful people) that now lives with her boyfriend Chase, his niece, and a number of friends (and Charlotte's younger sister).
She used to be a big time video game tournament champion that hid her gender by using the alias "Charlie" and wearing outfits that concealed being a woman (Various reasons as to why she did so)
She owns a comic and collectible store near downtown Minneapolis called "Back to Action Comics and Collectibles" that she enjoys running with her small staff as she is a huge nerd for anything 80s or 90s related, especially Power Rangers or G.I.Joe. However, she is also prone to anger if you make any mentions about her accent, her chest, or especially her height (as she is the shortest adult in the cast).

This is a really cool thread, nice to see designs of other people's MCs, thanks for starting the thread @wander_creature I'll be sure to check your comics out. @WhatAHero Sam looks like the type of character I'd like, just love guys like that Presenting my MC, Scarlet from Kami Element

She seems a bit ditzy at first but she's very determined in everything she does. Sometimes it's hard to tell what she feels or what she's thinking because emotions are not exactly her strong point but living in the human world has helped her with those types of issues and she's grown very attached to her guardians and their families. Scarlet is stern and practical when there's a need and sarcastic at times especially when it comes to her crazy parents.
