Lately I've been listening to a huge amount of Lana Del Rey and Wilsen. I also love the Bird and the Bee, pretty much all of their output!
Of Lana, I would recommend starting with the album Ultraviolence and going from there. She also has a massive selection of songs that don't appear on any album.
I've pretty much loved everything by Bird and the Bee. Wilsen are spectacular.
I also really enjoyed the Pierces' latest album Creation, which is superb throughout. I need to go back and listen to all of their work! Creation has been a constant companion to creative works since I got it!
A friend recommended Tennis recently, and their song "In The Morning I'll Be Better" really is fantastic. I'm intending to check out the rest of their work too, and what I've heard so far is super mellow and enjoyable.
