I like the first one! A catchphrase that make you go "Wait, what?", and the composition works well - my eyess go from the catchphrase, to the pic of Rocky, to the call to action. And then I see the logo, which once again leads the eye to Rocky.
The second one is a bit hard to "read". I'm not sure that I would have recognized that it's a rock if I didn't know beforehand. The background and the fire makes the image pretty busy, which doesn't have to be a bad thing, if I knew what I was supposed to be looking at. Maybe all it needs is for the composition to be more refined. Figure out what the focal point should be- Rocky or the logo? Also, I think everything should be completely centered, and the text in the red box could be smaller so it doesn't overlap with the box. That's just small things that will help your busy comp feel a bit neater
