Oh! This sounds like a great idea. Are you okay with non human characters appearing as a cameo? If not, it's cool.

All OCs, human or non-human, are encouraged to be submitted here! Whether or not the non-human characters will fit into someone's world naturally enough for them to cameo them is a different story, but it's still good to have them in case someone would like to feature non-human characters :]
