My novel, Veil of Ashes, is primarily a dystopian series. There's adventure, love, loss, finding yourself and finding family all woven in. There are a few spicy sections of the book, hehe.
Jo, Jordan, is the main character of the novel. She's tough and been through hell but still holds a small part for love in her heart. She writes to keep the dark lingering thoughts at bay. She learns how to survive on her own missions as she gathers intel for the Borough.
Jasper is her main interest in book 1 of the series. He's also been through tough times, but in a different way altogether. Saved from a brothel, he has to learn to trust and rely on those who saved him. Learn to make connections and healthy relationships with others.
