Lamb for Easter, marinated and basted only in rosemary infused olive oil and roasted. Unfortunately we never have enough money for me to do a whole rack of lamb, so if you don't get your chop quickly, you'll be stuck eating ham instead.
For St. Patrick's Day, we usually have a big fish fry at my church, and I go to that.
December 12 is also a big deal at my church, there being a huge Mexican population, and it being the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. We've celebrated with various kinds of pan dulce washed down with horchata or hot chocolate, whatever our druthers.
I have a small orchard and a berry patch, and with Independence Day falling during the cherry and raspberry harvest, better believe we'll have raspberry and cherry pie.
