I guess it depends on what you define as "first" and "last", haha.
The first book I seriously started was fairytale fantasy with a splash of romance, but it technically wasn't the first book I wrote to completion, since I wrote and finished another fantasy book before completing the first.
That second one was an urban historical fantasy. Maybe a dark urban historical fantasy, depending on what you consider "dark fantasy". I guess it's really a dark urban alternate-history historical fantasy...
Man, how are you supposed to pick just one or two sub-genre labels to define your stories??? I feel like I always end up with ten!
The last book I finished was an urban fantasy/LGBT romance, and a bit different from my typical fantasy subgenres.
But the last book I STARTED writing is actually a murder mystery! I've always written fantasy, and even though I love reading murder mysteries, I never tried to write one. Well, now I'm going to give it a shot!
Unfortunately, I'm learning that I'm not smart enough to plan/solve a murder, haha. Creating clues is haaaard.
