i'm here to find writers and i've checked posts who is the same as me and some writers looking for an artist to hire but i will delete this soon if it's really wrong finding a writer to work with :))

people are allowed to make posts where they offer to pay people for work. But it's against the guidelines to make posts where you offer to do work for someone for pay

Yes and no. If writers inquire about hiring then it is allowed. However, if there is no inquiry by anyone then you are not allowed to showcase services.
