I live with three people who have various forms of anxiety. No April Fool's pranks in this house. We have a general 'no pranks' rule anyway, though, since none of us enjoys being pranked.
I've done really mild things like draw faces on the eggs in the fridge before-- stuff that's mostly just a little surprise, and not alarming or jump-scare-y, but I'm not doing anything this year. Everyone's too stressed out right now.
(And anyway, I'll never top the time I convinced my entire gaming group for about 1 second that the zombie apocalypse had begun. And that wasn't even in April.)
