Wide slightly upturned nose, angular jaw, high cheekbones
Wearing a billowy white tunic unlaced at the top exposing sharp collarbones and maybe a couple chest hairs

Suntanned skin, jade green eyes with swirls of blue, sun-streaked slightly messy dirty-blonde hair
Straight nose, strong jaw
Wearing a form-fitting blue tunic

His personality...He's respectful, confident, loves climbing trees, has a goal of reaching the sky one way.

She's a mercenary, she is also training the main cast with weighted clothing that weigh a ton each.

Feel free to simplify the details of the design too, I just want to see her in your style. I hope your hand gets better soon too.

I'm looking forward to seeing your take, also the weights she gives them are each only slightly lighter than a compact car. (the weights are a ton, and a compact car is 1.5 tons)
