Last night I had a dream where I was literally the main character in my comic, August. Of course the dream was nothing like the actual plot, but I looked and acted like him. I think Chrys (the donut girl) was there too. I think people were hunting me because I was an alien, but I was also literally right in front of them being a silly goober. I guess they didn’t know what they were looking for. I also don’t think I knew they were looking for me in classic oblivious August style. There was also an underwater school that the people hunting me tried to raid. I just tagged along. It was pretty cool. When I woke up I was like 10/10 would dream again, if I had any choice on the matter that is.
I hadn't had that particular kind of dream, but I did dream about my MC, Alec, singing and dancing in a slaughterhouse like a dark n twisted Willy Wonka XD
Dreams are wild and weird, but they are a great source of inspiration.

All my stories are based off my dreams, so yes! Definitely I’ve dreamt of being a few characters of mine XD Sometimes though I’m not any characters in a dream though and am merely a viewer, sort of like a movie.
Also your August dream sounds very dreamular lol it’s the AU you didn’t know you needed!!

That reminds me of the one august AU I thought up where the farmer who found him in Ohio never turned him into the government and raised him as his son. I like to call it the “Ohio AU” it’s just funny to imagine august as a farmer.
lol I love when the brain decides to write the most random fan fic versions of our stories in our dreams now I envisioned August wearing overalls but I don’t actually know if farmers wear overalls… ?!?
Not that I can remember, but I have had a dream I was in a house with two of my characters, a serious nightmare. not characters from any of my currently released series though,
It happened to me before. But my mc had a significant other and I don't, so it was kinda awkward trying to continue writing after waking up lol
Now I have to draw farmer august. (Yes he will have overalls)

Not really... just had dreams where it was leading to something x rated...then I wake up before the fun part

I definitely dream about my characters being in different styles and such. Live action, anime, etc.
I don’t think any of what I dreamt came into any of my stories actually. It is usually whatever ideas I get throughout the day and I write it down. Would daydreaming count?
