I've reworked old episodes from a formatting perspective - I used to stack two standard comic pages on top of each other to create more of a scrolling effect, but I didn't clearly delineate between the two pages within the canvas and there were serious cropping issues when I compiled it into a pdf. It took ages to do, but it was worth it
i learned my lesson, no more long canvases lol.
But redrawing? Nope, not worth it. People DO like to see a progression in the art, even if they don't seem to notice or comment on it. Its part of your comic's visual history, even if you cringe at the older art. (Lately I've been thinking of old art like they're my characters baby pictures...like, aww, they were so cute and dorky, haha). I promise, your readers don't cringe nearly as much as you do! They like it for what it is!
