The high class rules and control the low class withsome electronic head bands. The infected don't havebands but they are kept in some special restricted zones.
When someone needs someone arrested or killed...It's easier to call for a Bounty Hunter.They are hundreds in X21E4 but the one on top of the list is AKACYA

I've been posting on Tapas for over two years without making much traction. I have a short comic strip (usually four panels). I update twice a week. Most are light and whimsical, but I also have deeper, contemplative strips sandwiched in between for variation.
