Hahaha, I'd love to! but one thing I've learnt is that you shouldn't get a cat unless you can properly take care of it. Right now, I'm not in the right circumstance to do so, though I do love cats so much! I've made plenty of kitty friends though, both my mum and one of my sisters have two cats each, all from the same family, and I spend frequent amounts of time with them all 
My previous cat was called Bubbaloo, she was certainly an awesome little kitty! I've had her since the day she was born, her mother was one of our cats, and fell pregnant. We had to give the kittens away when they were older, but no one wanted Bubbie because she looked too different. For some reason people thought she was ugly, a 'Frankenstein' of the other kittens who were either tabbies or gingers. I felt really upset they when on the way a kitten looked, so I took her on.
We became best pals! Played hide-and-seek, in winter time she'd snooze under the covers with me, and she would always try and 'help' me change my bed covers XD unfortunately a partner I had once was allergic to her and complained a lot about her fur, in the end I had to give her away, and regretted it deeply...Her new owners put her down when she became sick without telling me, I was really upset, but I remember the good times we had together. I've had a lot of cats in my life, but she was always my number one
Perhaps one day in the future I will get a rescue kitty! I would definitely love to have one! But I want to make sure I can make that kitty the happiest they can possibly be! Until then I shall enjoy the affection of other peoples cats and the photos they share XD!!
