I just told myself I was going to stop posting my link everywhere, but since you specifically asked for LGBT theme comics, I recently started an LGBT Romance/Coming of Age comic. The setting is college in a world not quite our own. Part of it being different is that I wanted to be able to make it somewhat more accepting on a lot of things, but significantly, I didn't want to it to be an LGBT story that's about being accepted for their gender or sexuality. Not everyone in that universe is completely accepting, but significantly more than in our universe. Just kind of, an LGBT story where the conflict, especially the conflict with parents, isn't about coming out, it's about plans for the future and expectations and all the stuff that cishet people have gotten to have coming of age stories about for forever.
I'm not super fast on drawing, so it's kind of slow going right now, but if it sounds interesting to you, I hope you give it a look. I'm going to check over yours now. 
(and just a hint of what I mean by LGBT centered, here's a graphic I made of the two MCs and all the secondary characters with their pride flags - Matthias specifically prefers the alternate aro flag).
