[Help] Wait-For-Free Not Working:?

Hi! First post on the forums! So I’ve been trying to get quite a few wait-for-free titles to register under my list but they just aren’t taking. I’ll catch up to as far as I can free and subscribe but they never appear in my wait-for-free countdown thing! I’ve gone through some of them multiple times and it just won’t take, is there a bug or do I need to do something special? All my others just worked right away but like half haven't after literal weeks of trying, help? Thanks!

Are you using apps? or ... web? we don't support wait for free on the web..
And can you tell me which series is?

I’ve been using the apps! Never use desktop. It’s actually been a number of series...Hero and Shero...Divine Damnation...Jack the American Ghost...a lot...the only connection between them all is that they’re seven day wait period ones...though I have gotten a few seven day waits to work through reading through the comic over and over until it registered but that isn’t working anymore either

I am having a similar issue, actually: my wait-for-free timers have a habit of freezing for no discernable reason. I noticed there wasnt an actual answer for this so i figured i should mayhaps bump it

I recently found a bit of a fix for it actually. If you Run out of free reads when you could technically have more wait for free on that series, click an episode as if you intend to purchase it, then immediately exit out. This has been restarting my timer

My wait for free is just not working, it says I have more wait for free time, but when I got to click on a new episode it just doesn't register, saying I don't have enough ink. I've tried what other people have reccomended but just nothing is working, this has been happening with a ton of series and I just don't have a solution, can anyone help?

Sometimes when the wait for free period ended (it happened) the sign that its still wait for free will stuck. Have you tried to unsub and then sub again later? If it doesn't work ans the fee period is still there, them i got no solution. Except you wanna ask a mod?

I'm thinking it just got stuck, other than that I'm not sure what else it could be. Maybe my app just doesn't register it properly? Anyway thanks for trying to help

And just making sure, but you haven't reached the maximum number allowed for that particular series right? Each series will have a specific number of recent episodes you're not allowed to get with the free to read feature listed under it's info description. Depending on the series it could be anywhere between 8 to 30 episodes and the number often increases as the series grows in number of eps

Just asking this because I have the same thing occur where it will say I have my wait for free ready, and then I click it and it asks for ink because it can't be used on the newest 8 episodes and I hit the cap without noticing
