I know I didn't imagine this...
Last night I was reading this topic, where the OP made some rather interesting and provocative claims about the ramifications of community flagging. There was only the one post, and I wasn't sure I understood the situation, but I thought it might lead to quite a discussion, so I decided to leave it and come back later to see how others would react.
So I go off and do some stuff, and ~15 minutes later I come back and scroll through Latest to try and find it.
It wasn't there.
Now, I've checked my Internet history, and I found it (which PROVES I didn't imagine it!) but when I click on the link, I get sent to a page that says "Oops! That page doesnāt exist or is private."
So now I'm wondering what on earth happened. If people can just delete or 'privatize' their topics, why do I normally see them begging moderators to lock them??
And if OP wasn't responsible for the disappearance of the topic, then who was? And why...?
