I came up with the plot first then choose the name around it.
The story revolves around the name itself even until the very last chapters and i'm personally so proud of everything about it and wish more people get to read it because this is an story where it never gets boring and predictable. I've been working on it since 3 years ago and always editted it and came up with better plot and character wrritings. Now i'm releasing it every week and tried my best to keep it up in the best quality so the readers get excited each chapter. The story is like if you got a japenese solo leveling but with a bigger plot and more world building. And still it's a lotttt different than solo leveling or any other level up genre. I hope you guys give it a read. There's only 13 chapters out yet and i'm currently working on the comic version as well. The poster is my own work of art so i guess it's going to go well in the comic version

The title of "Moms VS Life" was a little inspired by "Scott Pilgrim VS the World". Sometimes life after kids feels like it just got turned into hard mode, and even completing simple tasks (like cleaning) becomes challenging.

"Doggone Dogs" title was obviously inspired by dogs. I was considering something related to the Dog Days of summer, but because my 3rd comic, "Dear, Town Deer" has 2 homophones (Dear & Deer) in the title I decided to have Doggone Dogs follow a similar scheme (DOG-gone DOG)

"Dear, Town Deer" got its title because it started as a "Letter to the Editor" in our paper's opinion section. I consider it an opinion letter about the deer. It has since become a column in the paper.

It honestly started out as the name of the school, Riske High. But I realized that didn't really show what the story was truly about, so I changed it to the game the kids were playing instead.

At first, my novel was named Heaven Immortal Promise. But it was a bit 'too long' for my liking, so I ultimately went with Celestial Promise since it fits the overall theme better in simpler terms with cultivation, reincarnation, the question of what Immortality/eternity really means, and true love. I felt like short & sweet was the way to go for this Romance Fantasy series.

Hi, I'm new to all this.
As for me, I started writing first and was clearly blank of the title.
But after sometime, the title just clicked in my imagination
It has all kind of tag twist, even comedy.

My story takes place in 1869 and is about the survivor of the American Indian Boarding Schools where countless children were taken from their tribe and sent to these schools to be "domesticated." The lead character, Lewiston Lee, graduated from the school and actually became a successful lawyer years later. Years later he is called on by the school to defend a former teacher who is convicted of murdering a child. If Lewiston successfully defends the teacher, he will receive his brother's file who was shipped away to another school and who he hasn't seen in years. Between the child that was murdered, Lewiston's long lost brother, and all the children who died in the boarding schools, "All the Lost Boys" seemed like an appropriate title.

It was supposed to be World of Words but I changed to World of Letters when I was thinking about the cover

Its about two words TRY and CRY, on an adventure in a book world!

It started as a joke — “What if an American accidentally got tangled up in K-drama levels of chaos?”
Then the joke became a full-blown novel.
So yes, she’s literally and emotionally stuck in Korea.

Hi Hello! My name is Kay Young and I'm your new favorite dyslexic author!

I wanted to have a title that was both simple and had meaning to the overarching narrative. At the time I was watching a lot of low-fallacy TV and anime, such as Grimm, American Gods, the Fate/Stay Night series and many more.

I've always been interested in the occult and mysticism; so, I figured a series title like "Mystics" would be perfect for the story! And since I intend to expand this narrative, the first batch of stories will fall under the "Prototype" sub-moniker.

Now, I should probably mention that the narrative is split between three main sagas: PROTOTYPE, Book of Mystics, and GO BEYOND. Each sub-moniker let's the reader know where in the narrative they are, as well as expanding the cast and world of this story.

This is one of many stories I have planned for this series, Mystics PROTOTYPE: The Book of Minerva: Shadows of the Dragon Empress. In this story, we follow Jamisha Pockets, now reincarnated as Minerva Wyllt, as she navigates this new and foreign realm called hTraé. Things started off pretty rocky, until Minerva is invited to take part in a succession ritual to claim the throne of an elusive empire known as Miryudōra.

Shadowbird's name comes from a combination of things. The main character becomes known as "The Shadow," they have a crow familiar (black bird that looks like a shadow), and another name for a phoenix (which becomes relevant later) is a firebird. So: firebird, but dark version = shadowbird!

A New Dawn is a combination of ideas too. The main character leaves his old life for a new one (in a town whose name is derived from a word for 'dawn'). He's grieving the loss of his sister, which he definitely blames himself for, and eventually is given the chance to help protect someone who has the same magic she was killed for having- another chance to do the right thing.

Let Your Star Shine - actually this one, I had the title before I wrote the story, and it came from a line in the show The Dragon Prince where a trans girl with a star name says something like "My star was never hidden just because people couldn't see it." lyss is about another star-named trans girl, plus a bit of dark/light symbolism re: only being able to see the stars in the darkness.

my novel is based on the feelings i remember as a child and life lessons , then mix in with lord of the signs plus avatar the last air bender , some science facts here and there and that is what created my story

It was called Awakening to begin with, but because of the tech/biological fusion I've got going on the name "Bloodcode" made a lot more sense.

I'm thinking of changing it again to something like "Bloodcode 3.03" since 3.03 is a recurring motif.

I was trying to think of a name for a long time and couldn't come up with one. So I just took a page from Naruto and named it Leonotis. Leonotis is the name of the main character. I got the name from an African flower used for medicinal purposes.

Well... I just sort of came up with it as an ironic depiction of what Guiding is like in my novel (Guiding is NOT paradise). I got tired of all of the BL stories with black, yellow, and red flag MLs, so I wanted to write one myself. It still has abuse and dark elements and themes in it that drive the plot, but I wanted to show how even when both the ML and MC suffer, they can find a paradise within each other when the world tells them they can't. I really suck at naming my works, so I was a little proud of this title

Oh gosh. Honestly I think this was the HARDEST part of the entire thing. I spent months trying to come up with something I liked. I would constantly switch it up on my reedsy page to see if I liked it.
I finally figured it out after thinking this is book one after there's a destructive war and the main character is learning about herself after battling some dark times. It made me think of ashes and of the story of a phoenix. Rising from ash
I kept thinking of fog, shroud, cloaking in something, but none of it felt right. So I used thesaurus.com to be able to find something I liked that was in that same vein. That's how I eventually came up with Veil of Ashes.
Book 2 was easier to name. It's Veil of Flames, from the flames that arise in their situation.
