Just FYI, you will only unlock any earnings after 40K views and 1K subs, so there's a possibility there won't be any earnings for a long time.

Thank you so much for the information. I didn't know. I will update my post soon and see if anyone still interested or not.

Oh, I also meant 40K views in one month  scattered across even 2 months doesn't count. Even after that, if you don't reach 40K views every month to earn 100$, you will only have ad revenue, which is just a few dollars a month. But yeah, just information :ok_hand:

When I was younger I wrote for people to like my story, but never to myself.

TBH and sound strange I love writing my stories because I want to write if I was the reader instead of the writer. When I am in the zone writing, it almost feels like I am right there with the character seeing their struggle, their personality, their worlds.

Hey sounds like a great story. Why not publish it as a novel. You could get a few illustrations to set the mood but it could stand very well on its own.

It's hard to recruit an artist without pay as every one here has their own story to tell. But this should not be stopping you to carry on.

Anyway, best of luck in your endeavours. That sounds like a very promising project.

Thank you so much for the encouraging word, originally I wanted as stand-alone novel with few illustrations, but I was told by a book agent that is impossible unless if it was a graphic novel.

That's sad. There are plenty of books out there that have a few illustrations in them. Could it be possible that the agent thought it be to much of a trouble?

TBH not sure I'm guessing is because it cost more, and they don't want to risk it if the novel isn't successful. That my guess, or they don't want to change the old style and keep it simple.

I guess that's if you want to go through a book agent or a publishing house.
It's easy to self publish your work nowadays with kickstarter and hosting platform.

But I see how you would rather go through an established company.
