I sketch traditonaly and digitali. I use paint tool sai and clip studio paint. It take me max 30 minutes.

I use medibang to draw (it's free)
and have some cheap tablet from 2015 that I love desperately

I don't usually save the progress steps, so it's hard to find =)
I do everything digitally. Sketch -> lineart -> base colour - > shadows -> details. The actual steps may vary a lot, sometimes I start with head and eye marking (first picture), sometimes with whatever the hell I want (second picture), it can be the eye, the hair or anything else But I mostly have 2-4 sketches before actual line
The time also vary, of course, from 1 hour to infinity and beyond, like a few weeks~

I'm using Paint tool Sai 2 and an One by Wacom.

I draw around 15:00 when it's a style like "painting" semi realist: Like this

And around 5 hours for a "simple " style like cartoon, comic ect:

I sketch while I'm out and about on my samsung or in a sketchbook. Then use photoshop to ink and color. I have been trying clip Studio Paint with notoriously disastrous results. I'm trying to get the hang of sketching more on photoshop,

I use a combo of traditional sketching and digital. I usually create panels and text in Medibang and then either print them and sketch/ink traditionally then scan them for coloring or I'll just switch right to Photoshop CS6/CC to sketch, ink, and color.
