Yeah I'm in the camp that prefers general terms like 'creator' or 'content'/'work' over more specific stuff like 'artist' or 'art/comic' when talking about myself and the stuff I make because I dabble in various things
It makes me feel less 'pigeonholed'; like if I call myself an artist, I can't help but feel some pressure to keep doing art instead of feeling free to get distracted by newfound interests in non-art content because I'm paranoid that people will feel betrayed or smth XD
I am totally aiming for my work to be remembered as great literature though, and also happen to not be interested in making money off of it^. The word 'influencer' gets a bad rap, but I feel it really describes what I hope to achieve with my work; to influence people. Not saying I'll definitely succeed in any of this, but I don't think calling myself an influencer is any more pompous than calling myself an artist with the implication` that my work is

rather than 'mere content'
^ only because I'm lucky enough to not need to; I probably would seek monetization if I didn't already figure out how to live on what I already have. So don't take this as me looking down on anyone who wants to monetize their work or anything ^^;
