How do you get Tapas HQ to read your book?

You know what's funny somehow I confused some of the premium criteria with the staff pick stuff. I was looking forward to hitting ten episodes only to read a post saying stay picks require 15 episodes.

@ratique we need your wisdom.....Is there a way to ask or see the criteria to get someone on the HQ to read your work?

The novels team reviews series very regularly, but with the extremely large number of works being uploaded on a daily basis there is no way for them to look at everything, nor can they provide feedback for everyone who may want it. I wish we could just read comics and novels all they long, but sadly such a wonderful job doesn't exist.
