How do you kill someone with a liquid?

Isn't there at least one manga series out there that revolves around blood attacks? Deadman's Wonderland, that's what it was called.

Oh, well actually, you don't have to worry about that. ^^ although they are humanoid, most of these characters are basically cartoons; the ones I'm using right now don't even have anything in the way of internal organs or skeletons. The worst they can do is melt.

Waterjets can cut through steel.. It's basically super high pressure water shot out of a little tube, but it kinda has to be used slowly in order to cut through something. You can use that like a charged up laser type of attack. Hmm.. You can also change the temperature of the water itself if the attacks are similar to waterbending in Avatar. You turn it hot enough to be boiling, and you could leave somebody with burns.

My first question is, how malleable is the blood ability, are they able to fashion pointed edges or blades with it?
Because if so...
The blood could be used to go in small openings like the nose or ears and deal stabbing or piercing damage directly to the brain.

water at a high speed can cut through absolutely anything, and I don't know about you
but if a liquid like blood would to move at let's say the speed of a fist but at the size of a needle point

I also have a character that uses blood manipulation. For her I made it work in 3 different ways.

The first way is to coagulate it. Turn it into a solid and form different shapes out of it.

The second way is to have work like a poison. In my story since the character is a demon, so when it mixes into human blood streams it begins to infect them.

And the last way is to increase it's density so it remains a liquid but its condensed enough to deal blunt damage.

The first thing that sprang to mind was some form of liquid potassium. I know that sounds off the wall, but I have a character whose "superpower" is controlling the element potassium, which makes her extremely powerful, and I researched this to death. Potassium cyanide: poison. K19: radioactive. Too much potassium: kidney failure. Too little potassium: respiratory paralysis and heart failure. Potassium nitrate: gunpowder. Potassium chloride: lethal injections. You can set your character on fire in a lovely shade of lavender. The possibilities are almost endless.

I kinda hate to be that person, but as a chemist this bugs me: some of those are compounds. Like, you can do all the fancy tricks you want with potassium, but unless you also provide nitrate ions for it to react with, you're not going to have any potassium nitrate and nothing is going to explode. And simply forcing it to 'steal' ions from the surrounding environment could have unintended consequences...

Secondly, not everything that's radioactive is actually dangerous. K40 (that's what you meant, right?) has a half-life on the order of billions of years...I don't think that's going to hurt anyone. ^^;

I third water jets. Normal blood probably evaporates at the speed and temperature that turns water into a laser, but you can probably use some artistic license. It's also hella cool.

Aside from that, you can also take advantage of the density of blood/water. Even without drowning, getting caught in a flood means you'll be violently pushed everywhere and crash into things. If your character has a believable reason to either produce a ton of blood at once or remove it from their body without ill effects, you can use that to turn the power into makeshift super strength.

There's actually a lizard that shoots it's own blood out of its eyes as a defense mecanism, it only scares other animals away instead of doing any harm tho. But if it was exaggerated, like a really fast/strong jet, or if it had poisonous/venomous blood, it could be pretty harmful...

If it has to, a horned lizard can shoot blood from its eyes

the tremere from vampire the masquerade have a similar attack style where they can manipulate their own and others' blood like turning it to skewers or boiling it, maybe something like that?

Depending of your blood type, you can kill with your blood if you donate to certain people.

Ex: a person of the blood type 0- can only receive blood from the same group. A person with the blood type AB+ can only donate to other AB+ without endangering the receiver`s life.

Perhaps a massive "force donation" by inserting incompatible blood in the opponent`s body can do the job, he would basically be killing their opponents with their own antibodies.

Or perhaps using his own blood to accelerate the blood pressure of his opponents can do the job too.

Also, If his blood control allows to coagulate some of his blood he can block the blood flow of a person`s heart by inserting his blood on his opponent and coagulating it later.

This reminds me so much of that episode in ATLA (Avatar: The Last Airbender) where Katara fights using blood bending. It's season 3 episode 8 for reference.

Anyway I'm not quite sure how grounded your story is but if I'm gonna kill someone using blood I'd use frozen blood that's sharp enough to pierce through arteries and target that character's major arteries and let them bleed to death.

It's like you kill with anything--force transferred through a medium. A piece of straw or a raindrop moving fast enough will go through something like a bullet. Just say your blood character can move blood around with a lotttt of force. Point at someone and boom, the opening of Scanners.

It doesn't even have to that powerful. The ability to exert just a pinch-worth of force through blood can kill anything. Instant clog, or just make air pockets for an embolism.

This reminds me of an anime and manga titled Deadman Wonderland where there's particular characters with the power to control their own blood. Each person actually had vaguely different control over their blood and how to weaponize it.

That blood could carry a deadly disease. There's a reason why medical professionals wear gloves, masks, and such. Sure, it protects the patients. But especially when the medics are around a lot of bodily fluids and such, it protects them just as much.
