How do you make a clickable image on tapas below my comic uploads?

I have an endcap with my info but I want to make it easier for people to check out if they're interested in supporting me in any small way. I've seen people with images that you can click that go straight to a patreon or something and I'd like to do something similar.

Include your links I guess?? Plus you can always include a seperate picture in the bottom panel?

lol I do love me a good snarky message I definitely could but I've seen it as an image that links to the website and I'd like to do that if possible
