How gory does something have to be to warrant a content warning?

I have a few panels on queue for an upcoming episode and I was wondering if I need to put a content warning on it (like an in-episode banner with a content warning; the episode itself will be marked as mature on tapas; webtoon doesn't have this option).

The panels I have in mind are below. They aren't gory or violent per say, but it may be pretty jarring for some viewers...? These panels also diverge a lot from the style of the actual comic (which is a comedy lmao). That is another factor to consider... Should I just add the warning to be safe?

Yes, i would put a warning on top of the webcomic (or start). It doesn't cost anything and it will be useful just to be safe.

Actually, my comic has been pretty soft, but I'm starting to enter the part where it will have more violence and deaths, and i too will put a warning for Webtoons.

If you find yourself asking if something might be shocking or jarring, it probably will be for some people. And it's helpful to give a warning to folks, especially since you never know what might be too much for another person.

I had a page with a disturbing scene, and I outright told the readers in the previous page to feel free to skip or scroll really fast if they didn't want to see it. Mainly because in previous, much milder cases, I had two readers express how just the thought of _____ makes them queasy. When said disturbing page came up, even the folks I knew were pretty chill with most violence were REALLY grateful for the warning.

So yeah. Warnings are good to have, cause at worst it's just an extra thing on top, and at best it gives viewers time they might need to prepare.

Since your comic is a comedy I would 100% place a warning at the top. If you were already mainly a horror genre then I wouldn't think you'd need one since people would already be expecting things like that
