I've been getting a bunch of bonus ink for a while, but was never notified, so like half the time they'd just expire and be wasted. I was just wondering if there's a pattern for when bonus ink is given so I know when to check.
I agree that there should be a more visible way to show the bonus ink we have and when it expires. I had forgotten until I saw this post that I got 300 ink from the Monday fortune cookie, and I was just in time to redeem it before it went away.
Does it have something to do with being a creator or being active on the site? Because I checked one of my old accounts and it's never received any bonus ink.
You can get bonus ink from the Monday fortune cookie which gives a random amount, promotions of premium content (you can find those in 'messages' on the app with the ink icon) and sometimes events you participate in. There's no real pattern to it.
