How long did it take you to reach 100 subscribers?

Anyway, I think these times or lately readership is decreasing. I don't know if it's just my story sucks or the same with everyone. In another part, I also see more people uploading in this platform, especially for novel.

Took me about a year and a month? Didn’t do much networking for it just hanged out on the forums mostly. Like @Kimoisempai said, my first comic got to 100 in the first few months before I quit and took a hiatus for a long time. When I came back tapas grew so much that good comics go under the radar all the time! I’m still finding comics that have been out for years that I’ve never seen before!

first comic? about 7 months to get to 150 with basically no prior following, but that was also a few years ago when site was smaller than now...

for the reboot of the first comic i didn't pay attention to when it hit 100 but it was also a relatively short period of time (though a number of subs carried from the original)

and the most recent is just ~20 shy of a hundred so i'm guessing with the current track maybe by the end of the year if i'm lucky

3 years, mostly trickled in from regular updates, A big chunk came from one forum post but most other times i've posted about it anywhere yielded little to no subs. My art started off rough as hell and the genre aint popular.

Still, most of 'em are inactive, pretty sure. I don't look at view count though, it'll bum me out.

I just hit 100 subs and it took me one day less than 2 months! They were both organic and networking (I think the longer it went the more organic it got)

1 year on Tapastic (the first 60 completely organicily, then towards the ends I met some really cool friends that helped me reach the mark), 2 weeks on Webtoons.

Hmm. I feel like maybe 2 years here. Ive never been featured or staff picked so all my subs came from promoting on twitter/Instagram, and here in the forums.
Over on webtoons it took way less time, under a year for sure. Just posting.

Update - I'm currently at 52 subscribers and I posted my first part on July 29th. Once I stopped posting daily, the amount of subscribers I was pulling in nosedived. I'm thinking of doing daily again for a week or so to try and get to the first hundred before I back off again.

I JUST REACHED 100 SUBS!! On Line Webtoon at least. XD I think it's been about 1.5 years. The subs just come from regular updates and I think a little bit from posting in the forums here and maybe cross-promos. I don't get many comments there so it's difficult to say.

On Tapas, I'm at 53 subs and it's been just over two years. Most of my readers are other comic makers!

I haven't gotten there yet! I'm only just at 20, and I'm about 8 months in. Hopefully I'll get there someday!!
