Since I'm able to manage more time due to the pandemic, my pages tend to vary depending 2-3 days of work but I spend about 2-3 hours through the phases from thumbnails-sketching-panel layouts-backgrounds-characters-speech bubbles-sfx-revision the day of/day before I post online.

This is one of my current pages I've worked on, though in honesty this took me longer since I'm still practicing on backgrounds(especially buildings. and horses.. need more practice on horses)

I estimate about 5 hours from start to finish. It's a bit difficult to say because sometimes I do things in batches (like text/paneling) and I usually sketch/lineart/tone two pages at a time and I probably take too many small breaks and getting distracted by FB or the forum here... like right now.

Set up doesn't usually take very long, like 10-20 minutes. Initial quick sketch is probably 10-20 minutes. Actual sketch time can vary... a simple page can take 20-30 minutes but a page with more characters on it can take up to an hour. Inking can be 1-2 hours. Backgrounds again depends on complexity. Can be like 30 minutes for minimal backgrounds or even like 2+ hours for complicated backgrounds. Tones are probably 1-2 hours. Finalizing the images in Photoshop and making it into vertical format can take probably an hour.

So a simple page could take about 4 hours but a complicated page could be 6+ hours.

So here's an example of a more simple page. I also had to take time to make the screen asset which I do in Illustrator.

This one took a bit longer to do because the third panel has a lot of characters in it. I also have to spend time referencing my character sheets... which means finding them because they're a bit disorganized. lol Or sometimes referencing other comic pages (which I shouldn't do but... eh....)

On average around 7-10 hours I think. On this latest page the pencil sketch took around an hour. I will then scan it and do the line art digitally for about 2 hours (still not used to digital even after all the hours I spent on it... lot of undo that's why i'm slower). Then the coloring takes the most time to complete because on this page it took around 6 hours (might be quicker if I didn't have to eat).

The process of layout to vertical format and adding the speech bubbles will just take minutes.

Roughly 10-15 hours an average. Depends on the number of panels, the complexity, the number of characters in frame etc...

I'm separated from the process by a few months now (the last episode aired in December, and I haven't started the next part yet) but if I recall correctly... somewhere in the 5-8 hour range, typically?

Sketching would be like .5-1 hour, Inking 1-3 hours, Flatting 1-2 hours, Shading & effects 1-2 hours, Lettering and speech bubbles .5 hours.

Granted my speed was a lot better when working in batches (as most people's seem to be) but for most of the run I was out of backlog and so to make my weekly uploads on time-ish I would just bust out 1 page per week each week... that sucked lmao. Not doing that next time. Here's a sample page towards the end:

Probably 4-5 hours, and you can tell. I don't spend a lot of time on backgrounds and characters are always off model.
Some pages can take shorter or longer depends whats on the page like if there's lots of dialogue that's a whole extra process. And Even colour flats takes time. I did the sketch long time ago but that wouldn't have taken long due to skipping.
So ink takes about 2 hours, colour about an hour and misc like text,bubbles, fx and any mistakes needing to be fixed will be another hour. This one was on the quicker side as there's less characters, no dialogue and not difficult poses/angles.
I'm trying to get this thing done so I have to cut corners, atm I'm trying to do 3 pages a week while I have the time.

Pencil Work can go up to 2-3 hours. Then 1-2 Hours Line Art. 2 hours for digital editing (shadows etc.) and lettering.

It really depends on what I'm working on.
For something like that 2/3 ours are enough:

but a panel like the following one could take also 2 days! There are many details and a lot of color, which is definitely the part that steal you the most of the time and mess up your schedules

Anyway I also admit that there are days I would draw and actually draw from morning to night, while others times I doodle for 5 minutes and I am already tired. I think is perfectly normal

Used to be literally a month per page.
Now when I switched to batch drawing, I can crank out 4 pages in two weeks if I'll work on them 6 hours a day, which is more passable.

Not counting the storyboarding because that's where I sketch out the whole chapter at once, to save myself the pain when actually doing the pages later—it depends. Usually anywhere between half an hour and a couple hours depending on the amount of panels and detail for sketching, another hour or two for inking, and then anywhere from twenty minutes to an hour-ish for adding screentone and text on my laptop.
Keep in mind that I don't do this all in one go, so these are all vague estimates and I could be totally off. I also often get sidetracked or straight-up start procrastinating if I have to draw stuff I don't like (BACKGROUNDS…), so I'm not certain on those grounds either.
