How long to hear back regarding the Support Program?

I submitted to the Support Program 5 days ago and haven't heard a peep ever since, I was wondering when I should expect to hear back from the team?

I'm assuming five days, not five business days? If so, there was a weekend adding to your wait, so give them a bit more time.

When I applied, I was actually not expecting to get it processed for weeks because that's just what living in bureaucratic places for 30+ years have taught me, but I remember being pleasantly surprised. Don't remember how long exactly, and times may have changed since then... so no specific time frame from me, sorry.

When I submitted mine, it got approved the next day. It might just be the timing or maybe the staff has a lot of submissions/other things on their plate? I'm sure it'll work out!

We submitted once a few months ago and again last week. Still haven't heard back.

It looks like the support program will have some changes by next month. So maybe that's why it's delayed so much?

I specifically make time to go through the Support Program submissions weekly on Tuesdays. Other than that, since I know everybody would like there programs up soon, if I do have time some time during the week, I'll do it some time in the middle of the week.
