How many facts about birds is too many facts?

I am currently working on a chapter where two of the main characters are going on a date to an aviary, and one of the characters is really, really into birds. At the point where she will give an unprompted inordinate amount of facts about birds.

But I want to know is what specifically birds should I give facts about, and at what point would I come across as waffling about, and get back to the plot?

I think the first two panels, a simple bird facts will do, then if you want to be comical, a third panel where the bubble where there is a full of text about random facts of birds that the bubble can't hold (like some text are not readable because it's does not fit the bubble.

It would depend on how you want to see the character that love birds. If you want the readers to look him/her nerdy or take her/him seriously.

Cramming way too much into one panel and having the dialogue be a huge wall behind a character or breaking the panel itself would probably be best for readers, assuming this is comedic.

I would just put 2 speech bubbles where she talks about birds
and I wouldn´t write all the information and just put some ... in it.
Just so much that the reader can imagine that the person is talking
about birds.

Just as much a necessary so the reader understands what´s going on.

I'd have one or two in normal bubbles, and then I'd start writing the text in the background or something, maybe in smaller or lighter text, or in bubbles being overlapped by other characters' bubbles as though she's still waffling about it, but it's become background noise and the characters are continuing to do stuff or talking about other things while she's still going for maximum comedic effect.
