How many stories/series do you usually work on at once?

None of my charcters' back stories can go any further back than 62 years, but I might show Mrs. Moon's teen years, but that will have to come a little later, as I don't want too much spoiled XD.

But having super old characters like yours is a nice trick as you have hundreds of years of content you could write XD.

And yeah, baby Kattar is going to be so cute to write. He was such a sweet, weirdly sad little kid.

I feel that. With ancient characters, I can go back for ages. If folks want it, I could do entire side novels and independent stories that feature them heavily before they came to Earth.

That sounds awesome. My characters would be offended at being dubbed ancient, but I am debating writing a side novel from Melissa's POV, set a little more than 14 years back, when she was in her 20s and first met her husband. she's lived a life not quite as crazy as Alicia in all ways, but there's quite a lot to it. it's surprising she can smile and be as happy all the time as she is.

Hahaha. I meant Byxx and Khazmine were ancient. Although, most of my contemporaries think 40 is ancient, lol.

Lol I know. But some younger characters (yet to be introduced) might consider Juana King and Mrs. Moon's friend Jun ancient. Juana King is 61, 26 years older than her sister in law. So she's basically her mother lol

I'm working on 2 comics right now!
Both used to have a set posting schedule, but I recently decided to have one on the flexible side.

right now between two or three. id say it plays into the way my brain works but if for any reason i lose interest or momentum in one having other fall backs has been really helpful so even if it's not quite linear there's still progress being made for each one

i think i saw a phrase 'shiny object syndrome' and thats kinda how things go for my stories where there's a particular character or scene that stands out and i'm motivated to get to it so i'll chase that until i either get there or the charm wears off and i go after the next one within the active trio. its also why i'm aiming to have finished pages done ahead of time before i get to posting to make sure that my bouncing around doesnt impact the reader experience too drastically

yeah, fortunately I can focus enough to not miss deadlines, but I do use the circulating story method too to help with burnout

I'm currently working on four. And I've never felt so dead XD. But hey, if I can do this I'll be like super woman or something.

The only two with chapters released rn are "Damsel in the Red Dress" and "Rigamarole," but hopefully the third will make it's debut sometimes this year
