Agreeing with everyone here on choosing which panels to put more effort into.
Well, it's the important panels so your establishing shot (the panel that lets the readers know where the scene is) is important so put effort into that but there are also other panels, like the emotional panels, which are important for the story.
So for example, if you have a scene with 2 characters conversing with each other and it leads up to a hug between them, maybe the back and forth of the conversation between them wouldn't have as much effort but you'd put more effort into the hug because that's the shot that you want sticking in your readers mind.
I think before starting your comic it might help to create a few sample pages/episodes and experiment, try to time yourself to see how long it takes to finish one episode and experiment a lot with the amount of details you can manage to draw in a realistic time-frame. I think a lot of artist start without realizing how much work it is and how time-consuming it is (which is why the advice here is to choose which panels to put more effort into) and by experimenting you can go in knowing what to expect a little bit more.
