Time to brag on Rip from Dragon Sparking a little bit.
He's got a power, called Dragons Strength (also Primordial Leviathan, depending on the part of the story you're in) that gives him an immense physical buff.
It's never been used for an attack at the full 100%. At most it's been used at 50% in one go.
At 25% Rip exerted enough force to crush a large brass bell into a ball. It would have required approximately upwards of 20 tons to even bend it
At 50% Rip made Gale Force 3 winds erupt from a clap that he blew out a fire with
And another example of using 25% Rip threw a cyborg, (who weighs around 300 pounds) into the ground with enough force to make a hole 3 feet deep and 10 feet in diameter.
If I had to ballpark Rip's total strength while his ability is active and at 100% he could probably give Marvel's The Thing, or even... DBZ's Raditz a solid even fight, for a couple minutes. Once his power drains down he's back to normal squishiness.
Edit:
Abilities in my comic have drawbacks, and finite resources, so while they can be very powerful, they do balance out, because there are limits to use.
