Where was this last Friday when I had a full blown panic attack in the middle of work (not even job related, it just came on because I wasn’t feeling well).
But for real, I struggle with very bad anxiety. I used to take medication to help with my panic attacks that can even come on in the middle of driving. They’re so stressful and draining, and even though I recognize a panic attack, I still have trouble not completely panicking when they come on.
Any little advice helps so thanks for sharing!
Also, a tip: I realized when I’m having an extra anxious day, I cut out any caffeine and that can be the make or break of me entering a panic attack.
