How to properly change resolution of an image

Hi, I wanna change resolution of my picture from 300 to 72. I'm using clip studio paint and i'm not exactly sure how to correctly do it. Although it's straight forward. There's a button that I can click which is "fix pixel(C)". If I don't click it, the size of the imagine is 2 by 4 inches. Which seems super small. When I do click it, the image is about 45 by 70 inches. Which sounds huge but sounds more correct than 2 by 4.

Oh hey, I was just having this same problem the other day! What I found is if your canvas is set up in inches like that, when you go to Change Image Resolution you wanna switch Units to px instead of in, and only then select Fix Pixel. It should let you reduce the Resolution to 72 from there without altering your canvas dimensions. At least that worked for me, hope it does for you too!
