so apparently my novel was deleted from the community novel section but it still exists in the site by searching and idk why this issue happened
I'm trying to solve the problem but idk to where and to who I should mail
any ideas?

Quick questions!

1. Do you use AI for anything? Cover, writing, thumbnails, etc?

2. How are your views and such doing ?

The sections only show the top 300 as far as I'm aware, so it's possible that it simply fell below that rank for the moment.

If there is use of AI, it is highly likely that you were shadowbanned - your book is hidden, but still accessible.

no i drew the cover myself but they might have thought I used AI huh
and my views are high
it was trending for few days in front page but suddenly disappeared
what if i change the cover? is it going to get out of the shadowban?

Honestly I don't see anything wrong with it. Do keep in mind that Action Fantasy is a popular genre, and they only show the top 300 of the moment, and refresh it every so often.

Maybe if you want extra comfort you can submit a ticket on the discord?

But yeah not all the stories are always on the genre pages!

i mean my novel was trending for 3 days in popular novel in the community part then it's gone for good from that section

Yep, happens! There's thousands of stories, and they show 300 at a time, based on the story's momentary stats. If you had a sudden really good day with views, comments and subs, you shoot up in the rankings! But if that's followed by much less activity, it goes back down.

yeah but its about how my novel is gone even i change it and use the based on "new episode" and mine is still not there

Of course it is possible something is wrong, and that's something only someone on the site will be able to confirm. Again, it's something you can ask by submitting a ticket on the Discord server
