Here's some of my honest evaluation:
Your video need to be shorter.
How you presentation somewhat difficult to follow, your voice is kind of monotone.
"that can get in your headspace." you repeated 3 time, I know you were trying to emphasize the problem, but it wasn't strong enough. In this case, you could do something like this:
"...criticizing you all the time. [short pause] And that, [short pause] THAT, [short pause] That can get in to your headspace. [pause] And that could limit the creative potential [short pause]..."
You need to use punctuate in your presentation. Best of all, You have to write a script before recording.
Here's a trick to know how you can improve your video:
Go outside in the daylight, sit under a tree and trying to watch any youtube video (volume at 20-40%). If you can focus on the topic of what the video trying to say, that's a good video.
