I'm still a writer there
I write the Morcster Chef webnovel on there, but they don't do anything with comics. I've also published on Amazon, and I have to say that I've enjoyed RoyalRoad the most. It's really easy to build an audience on RR, and you get a ton of great feedback from readers.
It's nice to be able to actually get some exposure, since with many other sites its ridiculously hard to get anyone to notice your work. Don't get me wrong, it's still hard on RR, but I wrote about 55k words in around 13 days and I was able to get the novel onto their trending tab, which seriously helped growth. I'd reccomend RR pretty highly, I've enjoyed using it.
