My 2¢:
Wednesday 7 doesn't tell me anything about the comic, so just seeing the title doesn't make me go "oooo I'm gonna check that out" (but then, few titles on their own do) and it doesn't really repel me. Usually the look of the characters is what ultimately sells me on a comic, and very occasionally the synopsis.
I'd probably remember "it was Wednesday something" if I were trying to find the comic again later, and if 7 becomes a significant number in the actual comic later on, I could see it sticking in my brain. It is, however, EXTREMELY difficult to google -- if I type in "Wednesday 7" I get a lot of results talking about the 7th falling on a Wednesday, and if I google "Wednesday 7 comic" I get a lot of websites talking about the #7 issue of some comic book that came out last wednesday. So probably the biggest weakness is that if I don't remember where I found the comic, I'll never find it again. If you're mostly just planning to reach Tapastic people, though, that might not be an issue.
The other possible hangup is that, while your synopsis promises demon soul fusion if I scroll down to read the whole thing, the actual comic appears to be basic slice of life for its first 20 pages, and the title doesn't suggest otherwise -- so it'd be easy for that to be a misleading first impression. That's not really a big deal, but it might be something to keep in mind when you decide how to advertise/promote the comic!
