As someone over the age of 25 AND a non-anime artist, I often feel out of place on tapas. But I genuinely love my comic. I worked so hard to create a unique art style, and to become proficient at digital drawing. I think my story is really unique, and has important themes!

It's a fantasy coming of age story about dragons and nature. I mostly use watercolor brushes on procreate. Check it out if you're interested, and I'll check out your comics too!

For some reason (I honestly couldn't tell you) I gained a big influx of subs which took me from like 21 to over 100 in 2 days or so.

This comic took 10 years of writing and evolutions from sprite comic fanwork to indie game to webtoon! These characters have been with me for years and I finally released my first comic this week! I'd love for you to check it out

Here's my first long-running comic including some of the best art I've ever made! I've managed to keep it going for over 7 months now and I'm still committed to it. My characters are some of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to flesh them out and explore all the ideas I have for them and this series. Out of everything to happen to me over the course of the last year and this one, this comic is the one thing I've been this consistently excited about. More than any of the content in it, I'm proud that I even started this and was able to get it out there for other people to read.

So now that it's here, read it (please)!

I have been working on this project since 2018-2019 in terms of script, and it was an idea I had back in 2014. I am proud to say that not only I have managed to draw comics again, but I have updated this comic today after facing a huge amount of grief IRL.

The aesthetics are an oasis for those who like Middle Eastern and Persian aesthetics, I made the best research I could in order to do a great worldbuilding and respect those inspirations. I dabble with revolution, gender roles, myths and facts alike in Menmar, and I truly hope my work inspires YOU to give your very best towards your life objectives!

I tried doing a mashup between "Aura" by Carlos Fuentes and the novel "Perfume", so if you like either of those works you might enjoy this.

I have been posting my story more frequently and I think I can continue doing that.
The story is based on Eastern European folklore and mythology and it is having family drama, growing up and what we can learn from our history, along with traditions. I also try to make modern-day specials and Specials where I give world-building explanations.

I'm a student who spends a lot of time studying Iran/ancient Persia and the surrounding area, and I can tell you put a lot of effort into the details and research! I'm really enjoying it so far. And, it'll be nice to practice my Portuguese with it too.

The Hawk's Song is story about poor nobleman inspired by Polish history. I wanted to include here some slavic folklore too. I hope somebody would like it ^^

Most of all, I'm proud that i've actually made a story start to finish. I've made comics all my life, but never finished something of my own, so I'm proud of that.
Since I've finished it all before I started posting anywhere, I can spare you all from my ups and downs along the road, and present something I'm proud of.

Okay so my comic has a lot of flaws, but today I found that my lineart has actually really improved since I did the first page. It's definitely not my strong suit but it's better. Here's page 1 vs page 14 (which I'm currently working on so I haven't really refined the lineart yet)

@Kirieslawa wow that is very interesting! It's always great to read some stuff inspired by something you don't read about every day.

I've been able to build a buffer for at least 2 or 3 weeks and going strong on the next chapter! So far I haven't missed an upload and I'm really happy about that, because I'm usually a real quitter haha. I haven't had a lot of readers/likes/comments but I'm powering through anyway because I am loving it and that's what it should be about.

I'm really happy with the fact I can finally publish works that don't fit the general novel scene, and they can be more episodic and not limited to strict lengths to how long they can be. It also lets me directly interact with you all and overall just a wonderful platform with limitless potential for all of us.
