I think this is a pretty common problem with a lot of creatives, comic and novel alike. I know I'd love to re-do chapter 1 at the very least, as I've grown so much since then! Personally I find it helps to go into a project with some level of acceptance that you're going to learn and grow as you publish episodically, and that might mean the early stuff isn't perfect.
You need to decide whats right for your story. Some of us will never escape the re-do loop once we start it, some of us can't move forward until an early error is fixed! Maybe you can think about prioritizing only the really important changes? Or publish a minimally edited version of the story, and go back and edit after reaching a certain threshold. But yeah, it's okay for things to NOT be perfect.
*You could also consider time limits or deadlines for editing/rewriting to help keep you on track. Up to you to figure out the work flow that helps you the most!
