i've used a private instagram viewer for checking my teen's public activity during a rough patch and it helped me keep an eye on things without making them feel watched. It runs ib the browser and doesn't save anuthing which made me feel safer using it. As long as you stick to legit purposes like research or parental oversight, it can be a handy tool
