So I'm seeing the under layers of sketching and they're more like gesture sketching and loosely done. If your having issue with proportions, it might be better to work out the shapes of your character. Are they made of circles/spheres, squares(rectangles)/cubes, or triangles/pyramids. (there are more shapes that can be used but those are the basic three)
Since your character is muscular and feminine, then they are probably going to be made of circles and squares.
Another thing to keep in mind when your characters are humanoid is the relationships between the placements of the body parts. What I mean is, how does one body part relate to another. For the arms, the elbow joint is usually right below the rib cage, the wrists stop at the hips, and the finger tips stop about midway down the thigh. If the arms are too long, don't be afraid to erase the whole thing and start over if adjusting it doesn't seem to work.
