@punkarsenic
@LordVincent
and as the OP said they didn't got offended so I'm plenty sastified that the OP seem to have understood what I meant.
Just in case I will reword what I wanted to say since the language barrier didn't crossed.
What I meant is not to just let yourself walk on the feet. far aways from that you should defend yourself if they are agressing you the sames a any normal human would react to insult etc.
My point is as any point of view, peoples are free to have a point of view etc we can share/express our view point. We shouldn't force it to other as we shouldn't force / gays to not being gays etc.
what I meant is and I speak solely by concern for the OP. Yes to try make their mother to understand is important. But forcing they mother to understand and possibly getting and argument and and destroy a relations due a misunderstand is far away a good thing since this could affect the OP and close them even more further to open themself about their "gender" in the futur to other peoples and so on.
when I mean by forcing is :
"I'm a nonBinary and you have to accept it" <-- which is not the best idea lol
So My true suggestions is go smoothly and being patient even if their mother doesn't understand right away I think that a mother who truly love their child will accept it with time. Yes it's can take time maybe days/ weeks/ months / years but someday they will accept them.
so if I offended other peoples this wasn't my point I try the best as I can to explain my viewpoint of how I see this whole situations which I will be honest I'm not the most knowledgeable on the subject but for say :
I accept the nonbinary and try to respect them as the best as I can. But after the nonbinary concept have still a lots of gray area who are confusing to me, but I shall try to understand a little better.
@punkarsenic : I didn't I will be honest I tend to stay away from those threads (they can often have kind of toxics comments) and honestly I think in french they don't need a specific Genderless pronoun since it's possible to use Genderless pronoun equivalent such "Cet person" which just refers to the person and not their gender but after this just my opinion this not the absolute answer.
on that I wish you best regard to you @cutiebiscuit and I hope your mother will be able to understand you and be able to accept you my knowledge about the nonBinary is sadly a little limited so I can just tell u be patient and stuff should sort well for yourself.
